Shipping Policy

Costs & Destinations

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the 48 native states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Please choose the cheapest shipping services and minimize costs for your return. If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

For shipping destinations in Canada, customers are required to pay $70 PER Auto Water Pump of shipping fee.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless noted on the product page.

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by thetapai are all the estimated dates.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation

24 Hours' Free of Cancellation: When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

Conditions that you can't cancel the order:

(1) If you inform us after the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

(2) If you inform us that the product you receive is defective or damaged, but refuse to take a photo or video of the defective product, you can't apply for a return or refund.

If you need to apply for a return/refund, please contact us at info@thetapai.com. We would be glad to help you.

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order which has not yet shipped, then you will be charged 8% of the auto water pump cost as a processing fee.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.

After Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the auto water pump cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the auto water pump cost will be charged as a re-shipping fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the auto water pump cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

 

Order Tracking

You can track the shipping and handling information of your order through your account if you have registered one on thetapai.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to info@thetapai.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

If you haven't received the items, however, the logistics order would show the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, we will no longer deal with this issue if 3 business days pass, and customers have to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

 

After Delivery

7 Days' Free of Return: Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Damaged or Faulty of Item: If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you must inform us using photos or a video, then send to info@thetapai.com, the price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us the request together with a photo or video of the product to info@thetapai.com.
